Hello Culebra friends,
6 to 8 of us will be traveling to Culebra in early Jan. I've read that there is currently no direct ferry from Culebra to Vieques, so that you have to go to Fajardo first, is that correct? If so, how long does that take and what is the cost?
Obviously, our fastest way is plane. Do you know what the current cost is for that?
Or, can you recommend charter boat operator(s) that would provide this transportation? Cost? What is the water like between the 2 islands in Jan for a charter?
