Windsurfing on Culebra?

My boyfriend and I came to Culebra two years ago and stayed at Tamarindo Estates and had a wonderful time. It is a beautifu island, the people are very friendly, and the beaches are outstanding. We are thinking of coming back in April, but would like to know if there are any places to actually rent windsurfing equipment? We didn't find anyplace the last time we were there. Thanks for your help.
