Hola! We have stayed at Posada La Hamaca (near town) and near the airport (Casita Tropical) and both locations can be considered as noisy but, they weren't. Both places have AC. When the AC is on at night and your so tired from a fun day at the beach, you don't hear anything, at least we didn't. We think it's the local music from the Puertorrican Mother Nature, along with the coqui, crickets and nice island breeze. Think of the roosters as your alarm clock, wake up early and take advantage of an early start. Get a hammock and have a mid day nap to recuperate. Happy travels! J
