There are but, it depends if they have enough people to make the flight. Isla Nena and Flamenco Air have had flights from Culebra to Vieques if they complete a passenger quorum or passengers decide to pay double. If there are 4 spots at $25/each, passengers can opt to pay $50/each for 2 spots and make their destination. Look under TRANSPORT for their numbers. Happy travels! J
