Villa Boheme has basic amenities (bed, bath, towels), but is nice, clean and right on the water. We stayed there on our first trip, and it was great to be right on the water with access to kayaks, hammocks, etc. You can also walk everywhere in town from VB. You would have to have a car if you stayed at Bahia Marina, which is also much more expensive.
