I am a resident at Culebra. To treat a really bad emergency they send you by plane to the main land to Fajardo know matter what time it is. I have had three babys one at 1:00am took the plane another at 4:30am and the last at 2:30am. Once the plane have take off from culebra there ia an ambulance waiting for you...
We have here in culebra a hosiptal with medicen that they will help you here first and if it is really bad they will take you to the main land.
I hope this help you to have and idea but i had a good treatment for me and for my babys so come the enjoy your stay...
