I have been told by friends who live on the island that you the passenger ferry is much nicer anyway and more reliable. In addition, it's cheaper to rent once you get to Culebra (40-60/day).
Jeannie:
Do you have any info about flying to Culebra from SJ/Fejardo? Is it relatively inexpensive?
(I am going down to the island in June – we have to be back in SJ for a 5pm flight on a tuesday and I think we'll be cuttting it close going back to Fejardo by ferry and then back to SJ).
