Hey Frank.....thank you for the reply and the advice. Heck, I think I'll just swim out to the island to meet Mike and Raquel. By the time I get there I'll be so worn out that I won't even need a condo at all...I'll just pass out on the beach! :-)

Actually....I'm traveling in Asia right now so the phone call would be a bit expensive. Do Mike and Raquel have a website....or by any chance do you know their email address?
