MJ, when I was there a couple months ago, I saw two topless women at Flamenco Beach.

I kept a very sharp eye out for it, kind of a Neighborhood Watch type of thing. No thanks are necessary, though. I felt it was my duty.

I'll report any findings during my next trip as well.
