Thanks for speaking up Doug. I didn't mean to bring up a sore subject I was just curious. Why is he the island villain? Is he the reason that the OP and helipad are on private property? Did he have some significance on the island while the Navy was there? The helipad says Victor Gonzalez Anti Culebrense in giant letters on it...
