Yes, Casita Tropical has a website, go to the SHELTER link and the click SMALL ROOMS AND EFFICIENCY APARTMENTS, scroll down the list. Their website should give you all the info you need and you can also E-mail Molly, she's very nice and good about answering quickly. Renting a car, it all depends. Casita Tropical has some bikes you can use but I don't think for all of you. We did not rent a car. We stayed 3 days and either used the bikes, took the publicos or walked. We even hitchhiked once with a local and Molly took us to the beach on another occasion. She also picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry. We are accustomed to walking (we've done it everywhere in Europe, etc.), it all depends on you. It costs about $45 to $50/day from what I understand to rent a vehicle in Culebra, the links to rental vehicle are on this website as well. Publicos can take you anywhere but they stopped running between 5-6 PM or you can call them to pick you up. Happy travels! J
