I agree with what Mort & Richaard have written. Also, just as a minor point, I'd count on travelling light to Carlos Rosario, or on taking your time - at least half an hour each way for the trek. I just did it last Tuesday, carrying the bare minimum and nearly speedwalking, and that was just over 20 minutes.
