I agree with Richard about lengthening your stay. And about flying... you should do it as early in the morning as you can in order to have a decent amount of time on Culebra.
I highly discourage camping for one night. It's a big effort to lug everything and set it up and tear it down. People do it, but I've never understood why; usually they seem to be party people who are there to be loud, drunk and wild for a single night outdoors (also something I've never quite understood).
I recommend getting a room for the night and spending your day(s) on Flamenco, including hiking over to Carlos Rosario.
