I've seen a lot of sweaty people walking their bikes UP the last bits of hills...but going down must be fun (for some people, and I ain't one of them). It's all about how much you ride, where you ride - I know people that would think it's a breeze and others who would think it's a death trip. Whichever you are...take water, put on the sunblock. If it takes you a long time, hey, what's the hurry anyway? You'll see lots of beautiful views going slow, bring your camera and don't make it a mission. The sea is waiting at the end of the road.
