I don't know if there are any newspaper reports on the incidents or not. Our friend that lives there just told me what happened. It wouldn't stop me from going back. There was a reason this happened, and it sounded like it was planned out from the get go. It's such a beautiful place, I never thought I'd hear something that tragic happening in Culebra.
