I can think of a number of houses managed by Vacation Planners as well that would be wheelchair accessible, and have large sleeping capacities. The sidewalks are pretty wheelchair friendly.
Depending on the chair, most stores and restaurants would be accessible (some of the big ones might be trickier).
For Christmas week, with the wheelchair and large sleeping spots needed, it's not to early to start asking around! Good luck!
