Hi,
My husband 2yo son and I will be traveling to Culebra in January (CAN'T WAIT!) and I need some food advice. We'll be staying at the Culebra Beach Villas on Flamenco Beach so we'll have a little kitchenette. Ok so here are the questions.
1. I think we're planning to eat breakfasts, lunches and snacks in our room and then head into town for dinners...so we were thinking of taking public transportation to do that and not rent a car...is that doable? Is there public transportation that will run from Flamenco beach to town and back around dinner time?
2. I've read that groceries can be a bit pricey on the island..is it recommended that we bring some food with us or pick some up before getting on the ferry? Any grocery stores near the ferry?
3. Are there any food spots near Flamenco Beach (walking distance with a 2 yo)?
4. Any restaurant musts? (my 2yo is a very adventurous eater so kid friendly food isn't a concern)
Thanks so much and I would totally love to hear any other suggestions for a first time trip to Culebra.
