Hello!
I will be going to Culebra at the end of November and have some questions.
1) Any recommendations for a cheap (around $80/night or less) cute place to stay?
2) How will the weather be in late November?
3) Has anyone taken a publico from San Juan to Fajardo?
4) What are some favorite things to do/places to see that we should definitely plan on doing in the short time we have there?
5) Any favorite restaurants? Is there a nightlife in Culebra to speak of?
