I dont mean to sound rude but i think thats not a good idea at all..Being a San Juan resident and knowing how much burglars/crime and street ppl are around in the Metro area, thats just another incentive for them to assault you.. Plazas are public spaces where anyone has access... Not like in a restaurant or other places they have specific set ups for this where they reserve the right of admision and they have a controlled space... unless they provide extra security in these places.
I hope it really works and it sounds nice but in all honesty i have mt doubts about it... I hope im wrong
