We were in Culebra two weeks ago and like you, I was nervous about the weather. The weatherchannel.com showed many cloudy days, with rain possible everyday. For the 9 days we were there, we had sun everyday and about 30 seconds of rain. It was perfect. Don't worry! You will have a wonderful time.
