Weirder things have happened - I know a guy on St. Croix who does a lot of search snorkling and once found a man's high school ring that had been lost for over 10 years...and got it back to him...hopefully your ring will turn up someday. You might want to get in touch with Jim Peterson of the Culebra Calendar and see if he'd post a notice in there about your ring.
