ya gotta call (not web) and they're notorious for not answering. (ticket agent also works the gate)
but when you do get hold and book they will get you there. maybe not exactly the time when they said and the plane may have a different logo on it, but they're all good. it's kind of the opposite of big airlines, they under book and hang out until they figure nobody else is showing up, rather than overbook and bump. so your 1:30 flight can turn into 3:00, but it will get you there.
the fares seem to be the same year-round and they seem to work on an as needed basis, but I would book ahead if possible.
