Yes Culebra means snake although twice I have been there have never seen any. Best place to stay I have seen is Flamenco Beach Culebra Beach Villas. Right on the beach. Pricey- about an average of 100 dollars a night. But you really get what you pay for- AC-beach, kitchen , hammock yep its a good one. 787-754-6236
