Hi, can anyone tell me how far is the taxi ride from San Juan airport to the ferry at Fajardo and what is the cost? Thanks...........

Approx $70 or $80, regardless of number of people. I pre-scheduled a van for the 7 of us, both directions. Worked out great.

Takes approx an hour.

If you only have one or two people, I recommend flying from San Juan Isla Grande airport. It's only $55 each way. For one person, it's cheaper than the taxi/ferry option. For two people, it's close.

And it's a LOT faster.

Mort's right about the flight's, though you still have to get a cab between the two airports which will cost you another $15. I use a great car service called Padin, they charge $60 Airport to Ferry Dock, and they have stopped at a great fruit stand when we've had time(I do usually tip the driver an extra $5, or $10).
