In the July/August time frame, do you need a/c? I thought villa Fulladoza had no a/c and villa Boheme had no screens. I hear the bugs are mainly at sunrise and sunset but don't you need screens and

I just got back from culebra on Sunday. We stayed at Villa Boheme for a little under $100/night. I highly recommend it. There is a great deck to hang out on at night and it's very quiet and clean. Als

Maybe Mamacitas is the place for you....you can tie the boat near the bar, stay in a room with air conditioner and party all night.

We just returned from a wonderful week on Culebra - and cried when we left! Now, this is not to say that this island is for everyone...but it sure hit the spot for us!

Stay at VF, by all means! It's the best bargain on the island. However, we just returned from Culebra and were sucked dry by a horrendous outbreak of mosquitoes...bring about a case of OFF with you -

I highly recommend Villa Fullodoza. Myrna and Carlos were extremely cordial and their knowledge of Culebra was very useful. Fullodoza is a great bargain. Make sure that you rent a VW Thing from Dic
