I suggest you arrive very early to the Ferry dock in Fajardo cause on weekends it gets crowded (lots of ppl that want to go camping)... Anything later than 7am and you will have the risk of not making

There are various water taxis who will drop you off in the morning and pick you up that afternoon. I've used Capt. Jack and Capt. Pat in the past and found them reliable and entertaining.
