I was looking for some ideas on how to construct my idea. What I want to do is create a thing that allows you to explore the water under the water. Not scuba but a contraption that you don't need a scuba tank for. I want a flotation decive at the surface of the water with air hoses attached to it. and then somehow have the hoses attached to you mouth. I will try to illustrate is as best as possible.

I hope you can grasp what I am trying to tell you, I dont plan to go too far down, only roughly 20 feet or so. If you have any suggestions on what I could use or anything at all, please let me know. thanks for your time!
