Detlef answered everything perfectly. I am sure you will have a great time. I have done camping there before and you can assure your girlfriend (and I can be a high maintainance person sometimes hehe) that even if she can't use her blowdryer it IS a safe and absolutely gorgeous environment.

Please treasure Culebra's limited resources with love and care when you are there, and definitely have an amazing time!
