Oh...well. If he means THAT - which some of us were talking about the other day with horror, again - I can not in any good conscience recommend it. The fish have left, the peace and quiet have left, when it is *open*.
I don't know how he gets away with having that (and have personally asked Fish and Wildlife as well as DRN and it seems no answers are available - or rules are being bent for some reason....or other).
I seriously, SERIOUSLY find it a very negative thing for Culebra, and for that area in particular. It is one thing on holidays to have boats rafted up from the big island, loud music, good parties, but a BUSINESS???
