My boyfriend and I are coming to Culebra from New York in mid January, with the aim of getting away from the hustle and bustle, and I'm wondering which parts of the island are most remote. Where are we likely to run into the fewest people? Also, we'll be camping. Is it possible to camp anywhere on the island? Or is camping strictly regulated?
