island taxis / publicos

During an upcoming December visit, I will need Friday mid-day transportation from the ferry dock to Playa Flamenco, and later in the afternoon, back to the dock (these times are not co-ordinated with the ferry arrival). My question: are taxis or publicos available for walk-up service at either of these locations?
