Flamenco.. on foot from Ferry?

Greetings!

I wonder how long it could be reaching Flamenco beach on foot from the Ferry's Terminal?

I will be travelling from Fajardo on the Ferry... at 11am.

I ask cause not sure if it worths renting a car to get there.
