I just arrived from camping in Flamenco the past weekend. It was so awesome. Frist of all the cost fro camping is $20 per tent and they only allow you 6 people per tent. We brought our own tents but there is a place in Culebra that rents them. I send them an e-mail but they never e-mailed me back, so I don't know how much charge. This is their web address HTTP://WWW.HOMETOWN.AOL.COM/FLAMENCOTENT/ .When you arrive in the camping office they give you wrist bands to make sure there are 6 people in the tent. The camping site is huge. It's split in 5 areas (A through E). They have bathrooms and showers. When I went the showers weren't working but they have lots of water tanks that you can use to take a bath etc. It is safe as far as I know. We were a group of 16 and on saturday we all left to go to Carlos Rosario Beach (it's a great snorkling site). When we came back at night there was nothing missing (the camp site was packed b/c it was a long holyday weekend). We put up our tents in section E. It's really far being the last one but it's nice and not as full. Overall we had a great time. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail me. Hope you guys have a great time.
