Tarpoon & bone fishing are not good in Culebra, with a nylon line ( 20lb + )
a few hooks, and sinkers you will have a good time.
There are groupers ( MEROS ), Yellow Tails ( COLIRRUBIA ), Snaper ( PARGO ), if at night.
And many others, if you go trolling, there are Barracudas, maybe king fish.
