Hi Jen...

Great report...I am on my way to Culebra from NYC next week so I enjoyed reading this...we were planning to not rent a jeep...and were thinking we would get a scooter instead....we will be keen on exploring around a few days and seeking out those snorkeling spots...do you think a scooter will suffice in getting around the island?

Sounds like the flight was good for views...we are on air flamenco roundtrip from Isla Grande...how long is the taxi ride btwn the 2 airports and do you have an approx cost?
