Club Seabourne seems to be able to do everything for your wedding. They will assist in in making all of the arrangements, flowers, etc. You can certainly hold a reception or dinner there as well. It is not on Flamenco but it is a short 15 minute ride away. It is a lovely property. The rates however, are the same as if you were in San Juan though. It is not as affordable as pretty much every other place on the island. For a wedding and honeymoon though it is probably your best bet. They have a website, I believe it is www.clubseaborne.com.
