Turtle's Nest is a nice, clean place to stay. I was there last year. They have a kitchenette with all the utensils necessary if you want to prepare your own meals. They also have snorkeling equipment for the beach. It's very convenient to the airport. Just a short walk. Plus, they donate part of the proceeds to the Culebra School System. You can't go wrong with them.
