I have reservations for Sunday morning on the Hi speed ferry and just wanted to say that I have been very impressed with the service. Although I was not able to e-mail to make the reservation, the phone was answered quickly and they were very polite. They called back with a confirmation number within the hour. I changed the reservation last week to be a one way instead of the round trip so we could rent a car and see the rainforest on our way back, and again the phone was answered right away and I had polite and courteous service.
