Air Flamenco is starting flights from the International Airport. They have a new central reservation system that seems to be working well. The new number is: 787-724-1818 I support them as much as possible because the owners are from Culebra.
Matt with Air Culebra sold the business to a company called Air Culebra Carribean. Their web site is: http://www.airamericacaribbean.com/
I have used them and they are very professional. Culebra one way is $395 for a 5 seater. They have bigger planes for $600 if you want.
The high speed ferry is running again from Pier 2 in Old San Juan. If have a late flight then you should stay at the Sheraton Old San Juan. You can wake up and walk across the street and get on the boat. This year they are going to Vieques first on Monday, Wed, Friday and Sat and Culebra 1st on the other days. They have e-mailed me their pdf brochure. If you would like a copy please e-mail me at info@culebra.net and I'll send you a copy.
If all else fails the ferry system in Fajardo has a 7pm ferry now for all of you that get in on that afternoon flight.
