This is all easier than you think. I haven't rented scooters, so I'll leave that to others. The ferry dock is on the west side of the island, south of Melones, right adjacent to the town square. It's a short scooter ride out to Flamenco. There are maps elsewhere on this site. As you leave the ferry dock area, follow the street until you can make a left without violating a one way street, and do so. Go to where the highway forks by Happy Landings and bear left. That road goes striaght to Flamenco.
