I wonder if Jeff or others even realize that Culebra is frequently in a high state of fire alert. It isn't a tropical rainforest; rather a desert island with no freshwater and very sparse rainfall, compared to it's neighbors. As such, it's delicate nature needs extra care, not less.
Also, for those who are new to this forum, be aware that Teresa, along with a few others, are the voices of reason when it comes to keeping the natural resources that we come to Culebra to enjoy viable for the future. Encouraging folks to ignore rules that protect Culebra's natural resources isn't the same as winking at the nude swimming prohibition.
