I have never been on a water taxi to Culebrita but their are quite a few water taxis that take the daily trips to Culebra. I belive Culebra Divers can take you their as well as Culebra Ocean View. You can call Luis Pena (he is a US Coast Guard licensed captain). You can reach him at 787-360-9807.
