If you look a few threads down, you will note that Zoni Beach House is indeed available - unless it was booked since that thread was posted.

You don't say when you were last on Culebra, but I can attest to the fact that the grocery availability situation has improved markedly in the last two years. It might be worth bringing over beer and wine if you cocktail, due to price and availability.
