The only beach you can reach without a car is Flamenco...public transportation is very good there. You will need a car to get to the other beaches, including Zoni. Both are great, sandy beaches with clear water for swimming. Also some snorkeling at Zoni (and can walk to good snorkeling at Flamenco). There are more people at Flamenco and also more services (some food kiosks, I believe now a restaurant?) Zoni's main attraction in addition to unspoiled beach is solitude.
