You'll find in Culebra most of your groceries, however, very personal, and fresh items, you should bring.
Very good meats can be found, at MILKAS, and other places.
Fish... frozen, unless you talk at the fishermen's place and wait for fresh fish from THE BOAT.
My advise, never buy big fish, better look for 2,3,4, ponders.
Ciguatera is a bad thing to get.
And ALL, ALL fishes in the caribbean, are known to have that poison.
The poison, is mostly found in fishes whose weight is over 10 pounds.
ANY KIND OF FISH.
