We just took Air Flamenco off island yesterday, they only fly to Isla Grande in San Juan, not LMM airport. $45 OW pp, 25 lbs luggage, .45/lb after that. Went very smoothly. I am going to post my own separate trip report re: camping, etc, as I found very little real time info from others before we left.
