Erin, congrats on the wedding. We were just in Culebra and saw a new "resort" that looked perfect for little kids. They have a pool and it's located on the bay, about 10 mins from where you are staying. I think it's called Costa Bonita Resort, also Club Seaborne might be a good place for kids to stay, they have a pool also and the restaurant there is great.
