Yes, there's a worker ferry boat. I'm pretty sure it comes to Culebra around 6:30a and returns to Vieques and then comes back around 3:30 to pick up the vieques workers. That's M-W-F. On Tues & Thurs it comes to Culebra in the morning, but then goes to Fajardo and back to Culebra to get the workers in the afternoon to take them to Vieques. This is what I was told and plan to try it next week on Wed. The only other way is to fly to Fajardo and then to Vieques
