Okay,
so here's a question... is it easier to see the bioluminescence (sp?) when there's no moon? We're coming down during the new moon on Nov10th-16.

Also would this effect marine life activity at night? My wife and I are interested in maybe doing a night snorkell off of Tamarindo (where we're staying). I guess it would be darker, so we'd be more dependent on an underwater lanterns.?.
