I know my truck is $32.50 one way. I think cars are about $10 less each way. Just because you have a reservation on the cargo doens't mean they can't bump you. Rental vehicles run from $45 to $65 per day, jerry's jeep, carlos jeep, thrifty and the scooters around $40 a day. Cannot get insurance on scooter. If you dump it you pay for the parts you damage. We did that and shelled out $300 for parts.
You are better off renting on the island for liability purposes alone.
